Fast food cannot be said of Mc Donalds Skyline plaza. As with the Italian, you wait 10 to 15 minutes for the meal, although sometimes the Italian is faster.The shop is always dirty and the few employees who work are overwhelmed.The 1 star is given for the friendliness of the employees

It's always busy here! Especially during the week at lunchtime. In addition to the workers from the neighboring high-rise construction sites, there are also many students and employees from the surrounding companies in the emerging European district. Our fast food favorite place to eat. It is easy to reach inside the skyline plaza. The queue is normal to wait. The cashier is nice and friendly but rarely smile. You can use machine to order or directly order to the cashier. The price is almost the same in Porto. Bon appetite.

As always McDonalds. Particularly this one has a lot of place with couches where you can be comfortably settled. Also good is the self ordering machine by which you don’t have to wait if you know what you want.

Meals are brought to the place after the order. But Mon-Fri during the lunch break "crowded" and sometimes long waiting times. Very positive: the dishes are freshly prepared.

I got dry cookie, out of jar. Dont know how long it was in that jar. Tossed on a tray, without a plate. Very bad and completely dissatisfied. But at least coffee was okay

Place is very loud and not the cleanest. Also due to the location inside the mall there is usually quite an annoying crowd of loud teenagers - but I guess that's just McDonald's as usual...

Today was one of those days where it had to go fast, so off to the McDonald. I ordered a menu from a German employee. I was surprised with how much joy this woman had served me. I emphasize therefore "German" employee because I am always served by staff who can hardly speak German, and sometimes unfriendly. That was not the case that day.Conclusion: keep it up, will go there more often food. I would like more staff who are friendly with one, and also speak the German language. Local was clean nothing to complain about. Until next time :-)

Went to McDonald’s yesterday at skyline plaza. Waitstaff rude and unresponsive. Tried to place an order, told me I needed to use the automated system. When I explain to them that I don’t, they told me they could not help me. I would never eat at another McDonald’s again being treated like this. I’ll pay a few dollars extra for proper service.
